Mediation – Little Prince (Exupery) channeled from Patrons System of Angels
The following mediation will help us unite with your Soul by activating 7 chakras thru five senses. Relax and seat comfortably. Close your eyes. Imagine a thin thread of light entering your body thru crown chakra, going down the spine and to the center of the Earth. From there the light is going back to the base of your spine, the 1st chakra. Now pick a fruit or vegetable of red color. For example, strawberry. Engage all of your five senses. See vividly the red color, remember the smell and taste of the strawberry. What sounds it makes if you eat it and what feelings you get when you hold it. Now do the same with the second chakra, pick a fruit, berry or vegetable of yellow color. And again, go thru all of the senses vividly remembering every detail. For each of the chakras do the same. When you are done with all chakras see the beautiful swirling colors, smells, tastes, and feelings unite in the shiny rainbow around you. Now you are going thru the crown chakra into space. You are flying with the speed of light in black space with billions and billions of stars. And suddenly you see one star that seems very familiar to you. You get closer to it and it’s shinnying with the beautiful rainbow colors. You enter into the star and it’s a huge ship which is alive. It’s welcoming you back home. It’s your Soul. Now you are slowly going back to your body. Entering thru the crown chakra pay attention to the beautiful colors around your body. You see beautiful rainbow swirling colors and energy, you hear beautiful music and a wonderful cascade of smells and all other senses unite and you recognize that your Soul is always with you. The same as above so as here in this dimension. You feel at peace as if you are back from the long journey home. You say thank you and express gratitude to my dear soul for all of your teachings and lessons that you experienced in this dimension and this life. And remember “You become responsible forever for what you’ve tamed” and we tame the soul, through which we become wise. Take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes.
