What happens if i can not make it?

Cancelling your booking no less than 24 hours notice is greatly appreciated. Any appointment scheduled can be changed or cancelled by clicking the link in your email confirmation. Any appointment cancelled 24 hours or less are non-refundable. No-shows are also non-refundable.
