Daily Aura Bath from Entities


Wherever we give our attention, this is where our energy goes. It is common for us to have entities in our mental, physical and astral bodies. These entities drain our energy and hold us back from living in our fullest expression. This meditation exercise will show you how to separate what thoughts are “you” and what thoughts are “not you.” The result is you will connect with your energy, your joy, and live your life as the shining Star you truly are. This exercise is most effective to do in the morning.


How to do the Meditation Exercise:

1.

Sit down for 20 minutes with a pen and notebook. Light a candle if possible.

2.

Write down everything that’s in your mind – thoughts, emotions, experiences, what makes you happy, what doesn’t make you happy, what you like, what you don’t like. Whatever you’re thinking, just write it down.

3.

After 20 minutes, read over your writing sentence by sentence. Whatever doesn’t make you happy, whatever you don’t like, cross it out. Whatever you like, whatever makes you happy, leave it there. You will see how many entities can be inside us and manipulating our thoughts. If we don’t give attention to them, they will disappear.

 

 

How is this exercise effective?

When you cross out what doesn’t “make you happy,” through your consciousness, you understand this is “not you.” If you’re not happy, this is not you. Then you will clearly see what is “you.” What makes you happy connects you with who you truly are, and energizes you to engage and express yourself fully in all aspects of your life.

This exercise is not about ignoring or rejecting anything. Through practicing this exercise, you become more and more light. Be as the Sun, shining brighter and brighter each day.

This meditation exercise is very simple, very useful, and very powerful. After just a few days, you will learn to feel and know what is “you” and what is “not you.”

When you give something attention, it exists. When you don’t give attention, it doesn’t exist.

Just as you may shower your physical body each morning, shower your aura each morning by doing this meditation exercise.
